verdigriz Posted February 25, 2007 Share Posted February 25, 2007 guys, girls, 14 and 10 year old benders ....when bending bolts reverse, have yous found any preference having the bolt in the anchor or the other hand, I remember David saying he finds it adds a little bit of leverage but Im not sure which hand he holds it in, so any ideas? I have only done probably 20 reverse bends in my life all g2s. Not good at it. I am concentrating on do bending now but when I decide to get back into reverse It will be as David and Booyah do it.
