Bill Piche
My son has bigger hands than me and one exercise I have him perform is one arm dumbbell rows. The cheap dumbbell handle with the typical grip was not cutting it. He's got bigger hands so it's like wrapping fingers around fingers. So, I decided to get a high quality dumbbell from the one company recognizing the ergonmics of grip diameters: PDA. It arrived today. It's a thing of beauty. Polished stainless. 1.5" grip diameter. http://www.fractionalplates.com/cgi-bin/ed...;catalogno=8.55 Needless to say, support our sponsors. They have GREAT stuff. jad
I don't know if you have more than one son but the one that was picking the blob up by the face looked like he had some pretty good size mitts on him, especially for his age.
