I am really happy with the stone today, I am glad I finally manned up and did some repetitive loading on them, I need that. I am really happy I hit the 370 as well.

Incline Bench Press

And some various long bar bending; 1/2, 5/8, and a try at a 3/4 which I got to about 65 degrees...

Didn't post two workouts and as it happens I haven't been writing them down either...whatever.

One was a squat workout and the other was an event day where I eventually smashed the crap out of my right index and middle finger pulling on a 3" DB...healing up now.

Two workouts this week before the MN State Champs in Sauk rapids.
