Good to hear your back is feeling better Matt. Seems to somewhat of an epidemic around here :unsure . Nice work on the pinch stuff too! It won't be too much longer until you are rocking some 45's.

Squat Clean worked to 225 for three singles

Overhead Squat worked to 225 for 3 singles

3-10-2007 - EVENTS

Log - build up, 230x1, 230x1, 230x7 (terrible reps), 260, 280(clean - half press), 300(clean), 330(clean)

*I haven't touched a log in weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loading - 5 random things (250 keg, 2 230 stones, 205 stones), Loaded about 8 more things as single reps with about 10 seconds rest

FW - Starts with 200's, carried for about 120 feet ~12 seconds

Vbar - worked to 360 right hand, 330ish left

PDA Inch Trainer ~161 Lefty, 191 Right

Light sledge levering

Log (technique) 190x5x5, strict, push, jerk

Two Hand Pinch (first time) - hit 190lbs.

Vbar - A few pulls

2" Vbar (loading pin) Right - 270(8" clearance), 290 (~1.5") Left - I think I cleared 250ish

- 270 is like a 40 pound PR

RT - few pulls

Husefel Stone - 160 feet, easy

Thanks Wes! Actually I have yet to pull high than 205 on the RT. Dunno...not really my event I guess, but then, I dont train it to often anymore.
