45 min of cardio/circuit training last night

Weighed in at 218 before the class started...10lbs to lose before gripmas.

You are coming to Gripmas? Excellent!

Well, someone has to get last place, it might as well be me. I dont think it really matters what weight class Im in:)

Squats while watching some football this afternoon.

85x20, 135x5,5,5,5

1H Axle deadlifts: 135x1,1,1 B/H Got some work to do here before Gripmas

Finished off with some sledge work.

Forearms are officially fried today, very happy.

Last place competitor beats first place spectator every time - don't sell yourself short - you'll do just fine - lots of time to train!

Followed by 45 min of cardio/circuit training, legs are HOSED.

Pullups: BWx10

Axle C+P: 115x10

Curls: 65x10

OHMP: 36lb KB x16L, x16R

Incline situps: BW+15lbsx10

And my wife got laid off today, friggin great.

105x20, 155x5,5,5,5

1H Axle deadlifts: 155x1 in between squats

KB swings: 52lbx10 down to 1 both hands

30 passes bewteen my legs with a 52lber

Everything is moving along steadily.....Ive got no crazy goals for Gripmas other than to compete and not get last place....

Deadlift, DO, Axle: 165x5, 255x8 The axle train is now headed up hill, gonna be a tough climb.

Bench: 145x5, 175x8, 175x3

Pullups: BWx11

Axle C+P: 120x8,x3

Curls: 70x10

OHMP: 36lb KB x17L, x17R Once I hit 20 reps, gonna jump to the 52lb KB

And the wife got a new job, starts monday, everything always seems to work out:)

And I hovered 165 with a one handed axle, but didnt get a full pull on it, should probably try it before the heavy set next time.

Squats yesterday afernoon 135x20, 185x5,5,5,5

I looked back, and exactly 1 month ago, I did 55 and 105 for the sets....long way to go in one month, lets see if I can add another 80 lbs by dec 1! That would mean 215x20...

#3x0 Had 3 CLOSE, like VVN closes with the right, left is way off

ISG: Springs at 9,3 x12,12 B/H

OHDL, Axle: 125x5, 135x2, 140x1,1, 125x5 B/H

Played around with the sledges a bit after everything else.

Squats, finished just a few minutes ago:

145x20, 195x5,5,5,5

This was a hard set of squats today...looking forward to 4 days off til I squat again.

Last sunday, hung out with Mike and Goody, did some heavy gripping, great day. Life got in the way all week and unintentionally took the week off. Did some grip today to make up for it.

2HP: 95x3, 115x3, 165x1, 175x1, 185x1, 190x0, 95x10 floated the 190 but never really came up.

Huge pinch day for me..ties my all time PR on my 2x45's setup

1HDL, Axle: 145x1,1,1,1,1 B/H

Sledges: Some strict levers with the 10lber, then played after that.

Nice pinching Chuck! You might want to measure the width on your plates - you can of course choose what width you want to use on the Euro but knowing what your plates measure might help make your decision on what to use.

Great job on the 2HP Chuck! :mosher If you're training with 2 45s, you are definitely going to want to go wider on the Euro setup at Gripmas.

The plates measure a wide 60mm and the 54mm I tried on your rig seemed pretty good too....
