Thanks, I will try the following, RT workout once a week and on every workout try last PR + 0,5 kg. Also I´m starting up with bending once maybe twice a week.

Well, so that´s my first serious bending PR. IM yellow nail without prekink using IM pads in under 5 minutes. (I did not take the time exactly)

I bend 3 yellows today. After the second yellow I tried a blue my head went red and I made some scary noises but nothing happend :whacked I think I will finish of all my yellows left (18) over the next weeks before I touch a blue again :D

The blue will fall for you soon. Just keep working the yellows, allow enough recovery time between bending sessions, and keep trying the blues. You are very close now. Nice volume with the yellows. :rock

Good plan, go to the hardware store and get some galvanized 6" spiral nails. Do those for volume, work up to about 10-15 a session. It's cheaper than volume on yellows.

The blue is closer than you think, a couple weeks of high volume bending and it will be yours.

Good stuff Niels, a no set close on the #2 is very good, around Supermaster with a MM set.

I´m not sure if I closed it completly or not today so the #2 noset will be my main focus for the next days.

I was looking around your gallery, seeing how close you got that #3, I'm surprised you haven't no set the #2 yet.

I never have been good at noset so that´s why I didn´t train it much in the past, but I will change this now for the future and I will try to train set and noset equal.
