Making some real progress here. Choker closes on the #3, at 28mm the handles are parallel, so I'm closing in on a MM set close.

My left hand has always lagged behind my right by a long way, but over the last few weeks it has exploded in strength. It went from failing consistently on #2 par set, to closing the RB210 and getting the #2 no set. In the space of about three weeks.

After two workouts of choker closes on my hard HG300, (which were 3 weeks apart) I took it out of the choker near the end of this workout and smashed it effortlessly. A wonderful feeling, it had me stymied even when I first started closing my other HG300.

Great workout, the #3 finally feels attainable.

Terrible workout today. Can't seem to make progress on pinch. I'll have to try another approach, now to just figure out that approach.

Have you tried Ansons Bed Bouncing Negatives?

Put heavy block weight you cannot lift on bed or other springy surface and use the extra bounce to spring it into the air, and stall/hold it?

May help?

You know I love Hub lifts...

Dynamic pinch?

At last, bent my first red nail. It's a sweet feeling for the first ten seconds.

Here's a video.

And here's picture.

Wow, very nice job! In the time that I have been here I have only seen 2 people bend the red nail. You are clearly in an elite group my friend.

Pivot up, it's more like a real gripper that way.

I use mine, pivot down. It hits my index and middle finger harder than the spring grippers... they hit more of my ring and pinkie. Just an overall balance issue for me. :)
