don chi
Looks pretty good for being worn out. If I did all that hiking I'd be lucky to close a trainer.

Left Side
Gaining confidence on the reds, getting ready for the cert. They are pretty slow though on those, so I should be more than ready for it. Got that 5/16 Bastard, with ironmind pads, so that makes the red seem much easier. Left Side
Got the #3 for the first time. That all important first close is done, things will progress nicely now. I'll get a video as soon as possible, hopefully Monday. If the weather's nice they'll be climbing this weekend. It's been a long, long wait. smp76
Nice work closing the #3 man. It is the most memorable close you might make in a while. I still remember how excited I was the first time I closed it. Treasure this time you are doing great in the grip world man. Keep up the hard work. -Sean

Left Side
A bad workout today. I had trouble with my GM. (And for that I should be taken outside and shot). Can't feel bad about it though, because the climbing season started yesterday, it's feels great to be moving vertical again. No grippers until next Monday, so I'm sure that will go better. Left Side
No bending this week. (Cut my middle finger rock climbing) So far the weeks been a flop, but these things happen.

I've been wanting to climb lately, but in Florida there just aren't any places to climb unless you want to go to a gym or boulder on a 5 foot piece of limestone. Left Side
Not such a good day. Tried v-bar, don't really like it. Changing my ISG work, taking out reps, and doing negatives instead.
