Just messing around with the BBSE and #4 in hose clamps.

I took my hardest #3 to work and just crushed it off and on during the day.

Right Hand

10 x IM #3 (3.3-3.4) MMS - Singles through out the day, five of them were closed

Left Hand

10 x IM #3 (3.3-3.4) MMS - Singles through out the day, all misses

I was REALLY pleased with the closes RH. This #3 is about the same as my Elite! Being sore and fatigued from last night's workout, I really didn't expect to get any closes. Five closes on this gripper is a HUGE PR! for me. I've never gotten two closes in the same day with it previously. Good times. :D

Just fooling around, trying to build up some base strength at a level higher than a #3 so I can close this BBE with some consistency.

Just messing around at work. I have my hardest #3 here just to close every now and again when I feel stress or just get motivated to close a hard gripper. It's very close to my Elite as far as difficulty. I haven't really worked grippers in a week or so because I have been playing around with my new Blob 42.5. Looks like the pinching has helped quite a bit with my set because it seemed easier than usual to set this time. Good times. :D

Worked the Blob some today... a few highlights to report. I have been working grippers, grip machine and tearing phone books and decks of cards... but nothing much to report there. Just the usual stuff.

PR! - Full DL RH with the Blob35+5lbs by the face, lost it about knee high LH.

PR! - Broke ground lifting the Blob42.5 by the face RH. Not much air, an inch.. maybe; probably less.

PR! - Broke the Blob50 off the ground with the finger push technique and then lifted it almost knee high using only my RH!! Sweet!!!

- Blob35+5lbs full DL by the face, each hand, easily (PR! LH)

PR! - Blob42.5 by the face, cheat lift and removed 2nd hand after breaking ground to full DL each hand

Grippers today.. MMG1 attempt. Closed it 1st try, but missed others. Hopefully the video will be ruled good. Unfortunately, my buddy the Gator had an off day and missed on his attempts.

Oh well, I guess we'll have to schedule another gripping day and get some gripping done together!!

Well.. I don't have much to update since I haven't done anything lately. After the MMG1 cert I went out of town and since I returned I have been down and out with a stomach flu. Hopefully, I'll regain some strength this weekend and get back to training next week.

Taking the KTA beyond the #3. Goal gripper is my BBSE2 (MMG4 replica). Currently missing my goal gripper by 1/2" or so using a MMS.

I started KTA back when I first got into gripping and really didn't know what I was doing. The volume was way too much for me back when I was just starting out but I figured I would modify it a bit and give it a try to see how well it works beyond the #3.

Started phase 1, week 1 today. Using BBSE and #3 for their respective roles in the program.
