Sorry Bill, I havn't been able to email the video because it's too big. And i don't have editing software. So I'm going to have to burn it to a disk and mail it to you with the forms. :blush

I thought it was already in the mail. I guess we'll find out if he did it when it finally gets here.

  • 2 weeks later...

I STILL have not received any video.

I know Jonathon is waiting as well.

After review by the judges, it was deemed no good due to the set rule. The second and third attempts were not closed.

I'm very sorry Jonathan- I should have done a better job videoing your set.

Great effort man. You're brutally strong so I'm sure that if you wanted another shot at that gripper you could easily do it again but with a better set.

No sweat, Anson. The set was my fault, just got too excited. I'll give it another shot, not gonna let this little setback hold me down.

I agree. Great attitude! It's nice to see. Besides, sounds like the strength is there in abundance.

Unfortunately sometimes gripper attempts at certification are more about the video than the power of the one certifying.

You are certainly strong enough....good video is harder to come by than

one may think. A proper camera and angle along with a good witness is EXTREMELY important. Keep training it is just a stepping stone in the certification process...unfortunately it is not about strength ..but video technique.

You will mash it on VIDEO next time!!!
