Dude
I just wanted to know really quick what the width is on two 45's, like for pinching. I'm gonna make a block to practice on here at my house before I go back to school. So if you know, or can measure your own write me a reply so I can make it before I leave, Thanks
climber511
Dude - like everything, plates vary but here's what I have. Measurement is for two plates held together. Measured with a caliper. York - 2.53" Barbell - 2.41" Barbell (Grey) - 2.46"

t_rex
If you want to simulate plates, you'll want to make two blocks, not one solid block. A solid one is easier than holding two together.
