Grappling is much more dependant on thumb strength than finger strength, since the thumbs are the weak point. So, thick bar work as someone suggested and wide pinching should help alot.

There is a workout that I would do if I had a place to set it up. The Rock from WWE described it and what it does for his grip. He works out on this chinup bar, and what he does on each side is place a towel, and does chinups using the towel as the thing to hold onto when pulling himself up.

Thanks a lot guys for all the great advice! I i have started to study some of the logs on this board,especaly Pdoire and Bencrushes logs.I will try to build up my log based on their programs.

I searched the gym for a thick bar,found out that it has been stolen:(

Iman the method The Rock uses is very hard to do,i will retry when i get a little stronger.
