toshindo
I already have the Grip Master's Manual by Brookfield. Is there anything substantially different in it that would make Mastery of Hand Strength worth getting? Christmas is coming up, and it's how I'm getting some more training equipment! Thanks! gerryg
It is a must have IMO!
bencrush
It is a must have book. I wish I had bought 10 copies to give to friends. But then they would get stronger than me...and we don't want that.
Scott Styles
Nothing in it you won't find here. I've learned that most of the IM books show up used either here or on ebay for $10 or less. I would avoid buying it new if you want to read it.
Cunny
i'm about the only one who prefers gripmasters Manual over MOHS so I would say no.
