I think it's had the most views of any I've done too (next closest is a 1/4 million vs almost 400,000 here). I hope it shows that constant application of effort, setting and hitting targets and just living the Iron (and Grip) life has helped me. I've changed from being a (at 1 time) high ranking grip competitor to an Old Man STILL (I hope) kicking backside. Fingers crossed I motivated a few along the way.
