anufrio
Hello there!! I decided to create this topic not just to show you my progress in training but to make myself a reminder to not to goof off) ( but I'll be very glad if You will check it out sometime and make Your comments) Haven't had any training sessions with horseshoes for at least 5 months until today. Little by little getting into the groove. My goal is to kill Kerckhaert SX-7 #000 horseshoe under the rules of IronGripCerts And this is my first training sesh on the way to #000ё The horseshoes in video is Kerckhaert TDR 2/TDR1/TDR0/TDR0/TDR0 There is my personal best in the end of the video TDR 0 - 13 seconds Last one was around 40 Cheers! anufrio
Today I've had very tough training session with horseshoes and nails straight after heavy grippers day - my poor palms, I'm not gonna do like this again But got achievements with SX7-2 And with SX7 - 1 And here is the video Today's results: TDR 1 / sx7 2 / sx7 1/ sx7 1-fail / knot with 200x6.0 nails/ knot with 300x8.8 nails - almost. This fu*king 300mm nails almost killed me two times - just imagine my poor roommate and my cold body with nails in belly
anufrio
Yesterday horseshoe session was tough I started sx7-1 from the wrong side and wasted all of my power to crush it little bit over 60 degrees, than tried sx7-1 again and got approximately 110 degrees But made heart from df7))) thats cool
JHenze646
Nice log. I haven't yet had a chance to bend any side-clipped shoes but they must be challenging. Keep going!

anufrio
Today's training results was desired as (bad word filter)!! Almost 7 months I spend to got down this horseshoe crushing technics and here it is!! Side clipped Kerckhaert SX7 size #0 is done in 3 minutes!! There is only one step left before the Queen SX7 size #000 after first 0 today I tried #0 straight away but it's to much for one sesh as result only 45 degrees. Then I tried braced bending for the first time with @irongripworld rods and seems like they smashed me ))) horseshoes sucked all of my stamina and there was no way to kill that rods. HeAvy sesh though but I'm so down!!! Edited September 6, 2015 by anufrio

anufrio
Today was my 6th day in the bed after I took a nap in the train beneath an open window and got flu When I got home after yesterday's ride I felt refreshed and ready for a battle) I decided to kill some horseshoes today. Started with "easy" sx7#2 - done! Then #1 - done and decided to try #00 but it only got through 135 degrees. Now I know its possible, I got experience with hard horseshoe and ready for a next battle Edited September 17, 2015 by anufrio
anufrio
I'm so happy right now, first try of Kerckhaert sx7 "000" horseshoe went good. It was very hard but I was lucky to got a bit more than 130 degrees and that's sick!! Never thought that this can be sooooo exhaustive and tough. BOOOOM!

anufrio
Today's session was, I would say, funny) We did like 5 hours sesh at the Gym in the Forest There was tons of cards and calendars, kettlebells, maces, shoulder presses and a lot of the weird lifts and pull-ups everywhere Started with my goal Kerckhaert sx-7 000 but it was a bit cold outside like 13C/55F and this shoe almost killed me As a result, I didn't get through my last point, even didn't make the same - tough! Next one was tearing and then deadlift with 61 mm solid handle - 120kg)
