gerryg
Just looking for feedback! http://www6.mailordercentral.com/ironmind/...item=4&mitem=
raziel
I'd much rather grind a gripper down, or use strapholds, etc, then put the helper on my gripper. Just looks a bit cumbersome, imo.

speedy
I have some and they are okay. They do offer a resistance as flimsy as they are. But it is more of a challenge to keep it in place as you are squeezing which I used a plastic tie on the area of the spring to do that. But since I changed my grip workout, right now I will not be using them, but most definetly will in the future if I progress as much as I hope. Bob Lipinski
Played with them a little bit. Seems so far like they are very hard to position while setting a gripper. Not that bad for easy grippers, but makes setting a tougher gripper a chore.
FrankyBoy
Gerry, I've those Hand Gripper Helpers too, but haven't tried them yet with harder grippers. I'll try this that evening using some athletic tape to fix the helper in a way that it sits a bit higher than the gripper handles. So, the Helper shouldn't irritate the set and can be used for no-sets also.
