I recently tried to put together a list of known Millenium dumbbell / Holle 104 lifters. I missed a few names, I see.    Then add the 5 who didn’t want to be filmed.

Thanks John! Much faster than that, maybe an hour with everything 🙂 Thanks London. It was my first time trying this, but I will do a harder session the next time I do this. I will check if I still have 9/32" drill rods, but if not, probably 7mm C45 is a good choice. But yeah, definitely feeling it in my pinky. 👍

Well, the wife went out of town on a girls' beach trip on Thursday morning, and the rest of the week did not go as planned, but definitely went as expected (if that makes sense).  Thursday: Dropped the wife off at a friend's house at 6 AM for their beach trip and headed into work early. The girls would stay with their grandparents that night, so I would have time for my workout, right? WRONG. Sh!t hit the fan at work, and I was there until 6:30pm only to come home and work for 2+ more hours. No workout.  Friday: Full day of work, and I had already promised the girls that we would go to an outdoor movie that night after dark. No workout.  Saturday: I have been on call this week, which means that Saturday is a workday. The girls went with the grandparents to a pumpkin patch, so I thought there was a chance to get out of work early and squeeze in a workout before they got home. NOPE. My oldest had been developing a rash on her face since Thursday night which had only gotten worse, so they had to leave the patch early, and I had to leave work early so I could go get her checked out at an after hours clinic (it's probably a contact dermatitis from something). No workout.  At least tonight I accrued 5 miles on the under desk treadmill while I worked and the girls watched a movie after dinner. That's something.  The wife gets home tomorrow afternoon, so I am hoping I can do my workout before having to go into work tomorrow night to clean up stuff I couldn't get done today before Monday morning rears its ugly head. . .

Added, thanks. I saw @Ben Helms 4 close, but thought he was already on the list. Congrats Ben!
