Hi, I'm a grip player from China I trained for three months to reach coc2 level  I can't set close coc2.5 I'm confused. 1. What technique should I use to train for a new weight?   use other hand to help close hold? negative? I don't know. 2.What should be the main training method for the grip?set close or Closing lock?  I look forward to your answers!

Bought this knock-off 250 lb gripper a while ago for $~3, they came in a left turn too for some reason 🤷‍♂️.   Bought a 350 too that has the same spring size and resistance to the 250, but the handle's positioned closer to the top and 4mm smaller in width. Both springs are ~65mm (measured with a tape).   Can't complain about it tbh, i didn't got it from a sports store and bought the cheapest option 😔. Can't really find any gripsters in my country, so I can't find any reliable brands locally. Might buy some CoC's in the future though.
